To install a video conferencing solution to increase productivity between the UK and India.

Special considerations
The job had to be completed with no disruption to the working week, therefore we had to plan for every eventuality, from adapting the walls to ensure the screens fit, to making sure the clients supplied the correct cables. This all being out of hours with minimum contact to client.
We also removed all product packaging and cleaned the area we worked within, meeting with the client on the Sunday for a full demo on the new systems and left the site as we found it, immaculate!

Video conferencing – Our specialist smart hands team unboxed and installed the whole video conferencing solution and collaborated with their in-house IT team to make sure all the credentials for Teams/Zoom were set up.
