Brief: The Client needed work to be completed within 3 weeks from date of survey. Some works were required over a weekend which included carrying out a cabinet upgrade. The client did not have an annotated drawing detailing their existing infrastructure, which made remote support difficult

We worked with our client to create 3 separate smaller quotes within 24 hours which allowed them to be more agile with the sign off process. We then made ourselves available for a Teams meeting to ensure the quotes were understood and ready to be submitted for approval. Once approved, work booked in for the following week.
